## Helpful Beliefs

- Everyone wants to do good
- Your cause is legitimate
	- Be clear on why you are excited and be in touch with it.
- It is an energy exchange(win-win situation)

Name your beliefs when doing something - both empowering and non-empowering.

With beliefs, its ok to 'fake it till you make it'.
